Wow! What a dishonest characterization of the article you cited. It’s clear you didn’t even bother to read it. The article is about how JW’s who live in cultures that demand bride prices should cope with that situation. The advice given relates to how to conform, in some minimal way to this tradition, while at the same time remaining true to Christian principles. The article cites many examples of JW’s refusing to demand high bride prices for their daughters, and instead giving the money back to the newly married couple tho help them support themselves.
Shame on you.
