Gay man elected deacon at Arkansas’ largest Presbyterian church
flockwoodThe Presbyterian Church USA’s constitution bars non-celibate gays and lesbians from being ordained as elders, deacons or ministers. But the denomination’s General Assembly in 2008 nullified past ecclesiastical rulings on gay ordination and approved a constitutional amendment to strike the chastity in singleness/ fidelity in marriage language from the Book of Order. The amendment must be approved by 87 of 173 presbyteries before it goes into effect.

How do they justify what the Bible says about homosexuality?Do they just pick and choose what to believe and what they will accept?
You can not do that and still be a Christian by definition.A homosexual according to the Bible is not a Christian and is not saved….period.
