I can remember when people thought he was the “beast” because of that birthmark on his head. It’d make a good story to try to list everything and everybody that has ever been labeled the “beast” of Revelation by the religious right.

You know, there is no way we can begin to understand what goes on in this guys head. He ended communism in Russia. You have to ask yourself, in the economic state parts of Russia were in, did this guy feel like God had abandoned his people. This is a far more complex issue that our perception of what Gorbachev gives the appearance of believing or not believing.

Bart, to save space on the blog, why don’t you adopt a system of abbreviations or numbers? Maybe when you want to condemn somebody to hell, you could just say “Gorbachev, hell.” Or if you had to give a reason, maybe “Gorbachev, hell, atheism.” Or maybe “Gorbachev No. 1.” Your comments have no substance to them other than that everyone but you and Fred Phelps are going to hell; no use repeating it each time and wasting the words.
Prester John, my great uncle Earle didn’t think Gorbachev was the antichrist, but he did have a cat who had a spot on his head and named it Gorbachev; does that count?

Very good, Bart, though the use of the numeral 4 as a word is a bit teenybopper; just leave it out and you’ll be okay.

all Bart needs to do is print “ahem” and we all will understand what he means.

Sure, Gorbachev’s a great name for a cat with a mark on its head, sort of like my college buddy who had a one eyed dog and got it fitted with a little black patch and named it Dr. Hook.

You show me a communist, then I’ll show you an atheist, the whole communist doctrine is of the devil, Gorbachev is joined in Hell by his comrade Stalin and Kruchev, right along with that the Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese leaders who peddled their poison, someday Castro will join the long list of losers.

Mike, I’m so glad you have it all figured out. I don’t have the ability to determine who goes to hell, can you tell me your secret? I don’t recall your name being listed in the Bible.

John 3:16, Romans10:9-13, as a matter of fact, I am included in the Bible, a believer, as is Stalin and the atheist’s, their called a non-believer. Communism and Bible Christianity do not go together, fact is, it takes more guts, or used to should I say, to be a Christian in a communist country than it did America. i sometimes wish, people could go back in time, say 1935, and see just how nice and tolerant Stalin and other communist leaders really were, that’s all I’ll say about this matter.
