Romney official defects to Huckabee in Michigan

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Mitt Romney was born in the wealthy suburbs of Detroit, and his dad served as governor in Lansing. Romney launched his presidential campaign at the Henry Ford Museum in Dearborn, and he has blanketed the airwaves with upbeat ads from Bay City to Kalamazoo.

Bob Novak: Shortage of evangelicals in S. Carolina

Bob Novak suggests that Mike Huckabee may not have smooth sailing in South Carolina because “there are substantially fewer evangelicals in South Carolina than in Iowa.” Really? Is Council Bluffs more born-again than the Bible Belt? Is Des Moines more evangelical than Dixie?
